Neutron/LBaaS
It was decided in "San Diego Oct-2012 Design Summit" that the "Load-balancer-as-a-Service (LBaaS)" will be a core project under Quantum and there was huge interest from Vendors and Community to participate in this effort.
We have a weekly meeting on every "Tuesday at 9:00 AM (Pacific TIme)" for discussing the Project Status, Issues, Work Item Rebalancing etc.
