RefStack/TCup

TCUP is a Docker container, with micro-kernal and a versioned copy of tempest that allows operators to run the Refstack software package locally on their clouds. Once built, it requires no internet access and saves test results in a CVS format that can be uploaded to the Refstack.org site.
