Weekly Nova team meeting

Regular MEETING TIME: Tuesdays 16:00 UTC (#openstack-nova on OFTC)

This meeting is a weekly gathering of developers working on OpenStack Compute (Nova). We cover topics such as release planning and status, bugs, reviews, and other current topics worthy of real-time discussion.

- (sean-k-mooney) hypervisor version weighed.
  - clip notes version is i would like to add a new weigher that leverages the existing hypervisor version filed to weigher hosts based on the version
  - it would prefer new hosts to simplify upgrades be preferring moving vms to upgraded hosts while doing the slide puzzle.
  - it also will simplify decommissioning old hardware via the same mechanisms
  - question for team is specless blueprint or small spec like the PCI weigher. https://specs.openstack.org/openstack/nova-specs/specs/pike/implemented/reserve-numa-with-pci.html
