Weekly Nova team meeting
MEETING TIME: Thursdays 16:00 UTC (#openstack-meeting-3)
The Thursday 8:00 UTC slot is kept as a unofficial office hour on #openstack-nova for contributors who cannot attend on the official meeting slot.
This meeting is a weekly gathering of developers working on OpenStack Compute (Nova). We cover topics such as release planning and status, bugs, reviews, and other current topics worthy of real-time discussion.

- RC2 is needed due to new os-brick release
- RC2 is prepared but not tagged yet (waiting for additional content)
- note: stable/wallaby won't be open until GA, only fixes for regressions (that require a new RC) will be allowed to merge
- stable gate of rocky, queens and pike (and maybe stein, too) are broken - stackviz post-task fails with wrong version of alembic installation failure - maybe temporary mirror issue; otherwise worst case: the installed version of pip does not handle correctly the package install
