*** (efried): IMO there's enough here that a spec review would be a good place to hold discussion if nothing else. If you really want to avoid that, a ML thread with whatever we decide on summarized back in the blueprint... but IMO when the blueprint summary doesn't fit on one screen, maybe it's time for a spec.

** should we create some explicit guidelines about the creation of "reno" release-note files? (markus_z) (background: http://docs.openstack.org/developer/reno/usage.html ;  example in Nova: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/245828/1 ) The Cinder and keystone folks did wonder too: http://eavesdrop.openstack.org/meetings/cinder/2015/cinder.2015-11-18-16.00.log.html

** How do we want to handle instance_actions wrt purge/archive of instances? http://lists.openstack.org/pipermail/openstack-dev/2015-November/079778.html

** PowerVM Driver Docs

*** Nova core team has asked the PowerVM Drivers team to show users of the driver other than the large PowerVC use.  We have some good queries and interest in it, and of course do significant testing with pure OpenStack.  However, to encourage external use, we would like to have some official documentation on docs.openstack.org to help with operator comfort in using the driver.

*** The Telemetry and Networking teams have recognized these projects as official sub-projects of their programs, allowing us to use the OpenStack docs and specs infrastructure. This leaves nova-powervm in a bit of a chicken/egg scenario: providing official docs is a big part of getting users, but becoming official requires users.
