This meeting is a weekly gathering of developers working on OpenStack Compute (Nova). We cover topics such as release planning and status, bugs, reviews, and other current topics worthy of real-time discussion.

- nova-sch, -api, -metadata is now proposed to be switched to native threading by default as agreed on the PTG. Patch series https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/nova/+/965924
- nova-compute can boot VMs now in native threading mode with https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/nova/+/965467/3 . Libvirt event handling does not work yet so live migration and device attach is failing.

- I have proposed a new feature aimed at generalizing the existing SEV/SEV-ES code to incorporate confidential computing support for other architectures.
- I have also detailed the problem description of the current codebase in the spec.
- (stevebaker, can't attend the meeting) Following up from PTG Ironic Graphical Console session the nova change is ready to review (https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/nova/+/942528) but needs some way of tracking the work, such as making the existing approved https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/+spec/ironic-vnc-console specless.
