Weekly Project Infrastructure team meeting

The OpenDev Team holds public weekly meetings in #opendev-meeting on OFTC, Tuesdays at 1900 UTC. Everyone interested in infrastructure and process surrounding automated testing and deployment is encouraged to attend.

- Building Ubuntu Noble Nodes (clarkb 20240416)
  - Mirrors for x86_64 and arm64 are in place. We should be able to add image builds to nodepool.

- Linaro Cloud SSL Cert Renewal (clarkb 20240521)
  - It has been a couple of months and we need to renew the cert again. Should be documented now. Any volunteers?
