*** All lists are hosted on mm3 server, mm3 server is upgraded to the latest versions of components, and the old servers have been cleaned up.

*** Things to think about:
** Running Ironic bug dashboard
+
**** Do we want to enable diff3 diffs on merge changes?
*** https://github.com/dtantsur/ironic-bug-dashboard
+
**** Change topic limit seems to only apply to open changes. Being over the limit doesn't seem to impact the upgrade process
*** (JayF/Dtantsur) Ironic team wants to revive an old bug dashboard; curious if infra would help us run it. Simple python app, no dependencies. We can help if needed and will run "outside" of infra if you all do not have the time.
+
**** https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/c/gerrit/+/424404 Upstream change to have release war build target without webfonts
** Backup server pruning (clarkb 20231115)
+
**** There is a new batched ref updated event that collects multiple ref updated events in a single event. This is disabled by default, but could one day impact zuul. Work sorting out likely.
*** One of the backup servers is warning about space constraints and will need to be pruned.
+
*** Server could stand to be upgraded as well but I think it is probably best to decouple these concerns.

** Cleaning up the openstack.org DNS zone (fungi 20240514)
