*** Meetpad is done. Just need to clean up old servers when we feel confident we won't rollback.
*** Appear to have three options. Redeploy now, redeploy in a month or two, or redeploy after ~February. The later the redeployment the better the returns. Need to balance that with how many times we feel we can redeploy.

*** Can followup with webserver log processing to determine which other mirrors may be dead.
*** Lodgeit and gear are remaining OpenDev images. Several images in zuul need updates as well. Currently planning to keep zuul-registry on bullseye + python3.11 but we should be able to clean up bullseye for older python versions.

*** Still don't have a changelog.

*** Downgrade is possible with an offline reindex using the old war.
*** SSH RSA keys must be 3072 bits long. Shorter keys are rejected by gitea. Currently the change disables the length check entirely to workaround this.
+
*** Things to think about:

**** Do we want to enable diff3 diffs on merge changes?
*** https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/c/plugins/replication/+/387314 Clarkb wrote and pushed a fix upstream
+
**** Change topic limit seems to only apply to open changes. Being over the limit doesn't seem to impact the upgrade process
*** Currently waiting for more feedback as I'm stuck on understanding how to refactor things as requested. In particular getting logs out of the test suite would be helpful.
+
**** https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/c/gerrit/+/424404 Upstream change to have release war build target without webfonts
** Re-evaluate meeting timeslot (frickler 20231010)
+
**** There is a new batched ref updated event that collects multiple ref updated events in a single event. This is disabled by default, but could one day impact zuul. Work sorting out likely.
*** Sadly ianw is no longer regularly active in the weekly meeting, on the positive side this may be a chance to make the timeslot a bit more EU friendly
+
*** Server could stand to be upgraded as well but I think it is probably best to decouple these concerns.
*** One option is 17:00-18:00UTC Tuesdays

** Cleaning up the openstack.org DNS zone (fungi 20240514)
