Deploying freezer-web-ui with Fuel 9

A common issue is that when you try to create a job or an action the modal window never finish to load, this is due the fact that some javascript files are not deployed correcly.

to fix this, copy the static files from freezer web ui to: /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/static/freezer
