Random Notes for the next API

• Zero length arrays suck. Lets not persist that bug.
• Additional, random, properties should be allowed.
• /actions are terrible. Make them /instances/id/{resize,reboot}
• IDS should all be ints
• blahRef are dumb. lets not use camelCase
