Ironic - Kilo Mid-cycle Sprint
There will be a mid-cycle sprint for ATCs (Active Technical Contributors) to the OpenStack Bare Metal program to be held February 3rd - 5th, 2015, in Grenoble, France, at the HP campus.
Please note that this is a developer-focused code sprint, not a planning meeting, and will be geared towards landing already-approved specs, fixing bugs, peer code review, etc. As such, remote attendance options (webex, video conference, etc) will not be provided.

I have previously stayed at the Mercure Centre Alpotel , and while not the closest hotel (it's about 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by tram to HP's campus) it is within walking distance to the city center. I'll be staying there again. There are also hotels around the Expo center, which is just a few blocks from the HP campus, such as . I have not arranged any group rates at these hotels, but the city has plenty of availability and this isn't peak travel season so rates are quite reasonable.

San Francisco Sprint
An opportunity for ATCs (Active Technical Contributors) to the OpenStack Bare Metal program to get together and hack on Ironic in San Francisco.
As with the Grenoble sprint, this is a developer-focused code sprint, not a planning meeting. We won't have a mechanism in place for remote attendance.
Wednesday, February 11th - Friday, February 13th, 2015. (3 days)
Friday will be less formal as we expect some folks will be traveling that day.
Rackspace SFO 620 Folsom St. #100 San Francisco, CA 94117
Please register here.
Accommodation and Transportation
The Rackspace SFO office is three blocks from Montgomery St BART Station near the intersection of Folsom Street and 2nd Street in the SoMa neighborhood.
Any hotel walking distance from any BART station should be sufficient. You may want to check travel times to ensure you won't have too long of a commute.
There's at least one Ironic person staying at the Pickwick Hotel, which is a 14 minute walk away from the Rackspace office (and is also the suggested hotel for the Swift Midcycle occurring at the same time)
