Anything targeted at contributors and integration with other OpenStack programs should live on the wiki. On the other hand, anything for app developers and system administrators should go in the Marconi User Guide.

- Please be cognizant of the URI scheme and name pages accordingly. Make things hierarchical, all lower-case (except for the initial "Marconi") and separate words with "-" not "_".
