1. Re: OpenStack Watcher repos: The Stackforge in this list: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Stackforge_Namespace_Retirement will be moved automatically to OpenStack repos. Watcher is on the list so we do not have to do anything.
   1. These changes are scheduled to occur on October 17, 2015.
