−	Juno では Horizon は Bootstrap v3 を利用するように移行しました。Horizonは過去いくつかのリリースでは Bootstrap の古いバージョンに固定されたままでした。今回の変更により、現在 Horizon は Bootstrap フレームワークで、多くのバグの修正と全体的な改善を行うことができます。ルックアンドフィールは多くの部分で Havana リリースと一貫性が保たれています。
