Intent: Ensure that OpenStack will run properly with IBM ipminative driver
Structure: Zuul, Jenkins, Devstack-gate, Tempest, Custom Scripts
Method: Using Zuul to connect to Gerrit, each test will spawn a fresh VM. Custom Scripts will run test case on real machine

to test hardware control
