- Status: Majority reached, to be approved on Friday unless new objections are posted
Mogan - Bare Metal Compute Service [8]
- Status: Likely to be deferred to Rocky, need to explore scope overlap with Nova and Ironic a bit deeper

Replace UC or TC-side "workgroups" by neutral "SIGs" to encourage wide participation (mrhillsman, ttx)
