Comments on Trove/Cassandra Clustering BP.

At this stage (on the Monday morning when we are to review this blueprint), I believe that there is insufficient information here to actually warrant a review.

Beyond asserting the fact that it would be nice to have clustering in cassandra, this blue print provides no evidence of actually meeting the implied intent of a blueprint review, namely to state the intent but also provide some understanding of the implementation, and provide some indication of how the proposed change would impact the overall architecture and structure of the project.

Furthermore, it was agreed that all reviews for the Kilo cycle would be in RST form and submitted to the docs repository.

In the interim, these are my comments on this blueprint and should I be unable to attend the BP review meeting today, I'd request that someone reference these in the irc chat.
