Make a comment about this page. [Ju] I added a Project Admin role (which usually is in an enterprise) as this is similar to a Tenant Administrator for a Service Provider. Typically the Project Administrator has the ability to add/remove users, add/remove capability to users in the project as well as set project quotas. There's some mention here for it:
