1) I found that the majority of Administrators that we talked to were actually quite involved in the community and have started to influence getting operators to be heard. I wonder if we could capture this in Chuck’s persona. Maybe he doesn’t have as much time to put towards the community because he is extremely busy and doesn’t work 24/7, but he is an early adopter of OpenStack and does care to be heard by the community.
