There will be a mid-cycle sprint for ATCs (Active Technical Contributors) to the OpenStack Database program to be held February 9-11, 2016. The Trove team at Red Hat [1] is organizing this event.

There is plenty of accommodation in the vicinity,
The Red Hat team is negotiating for a block of hotel rooms at the Raleigh Marriott City Center for US$169 a night. This rate is based on 80% attendance of 20 rooms. The contract won't be signed until we have a better idea of numbers from the RSVP page
Our Marriott booking contact is Ms. Christine Lopez at 919-833-8169, but Pete MacKinnon (Red Hat) is responsible for finalizing the contract.
We are negotiating with the downtown Sheraton as well.
