What

This mid-cycle sprint focuses on improving the distributed systems aspects of Congress: (1) sprint to implement the first draft of the distributed architecture designed during the Liberty cycle, (2) design a high-availability, high-throughput deployment of the distributed architecture, (3) discuss using Monasca as a robust way of injecting aggregated time-series data into Congress.
