- Should we have requirements to be a sponsor?
- Sean's idea: In order to have your logo on the sponsors page, you/your company is required a nominal $1K annual fee OR manage at least one event per year
- Should we have requirements to be an organizer?
- An organizer can create, edit, and delegate events to an Event Host.
- Sean's idea: Organizers should be active. Either you manage one event per year or give up your Organizer designation. New Organizers/Co-Organizers can only be set by a majority vote of the existing Organizers.
- What is the OpenStack Ambassadors group?
- User group leaders from around the world and representing regions like the Western US or Eastern Europe. Sean will explain a bit more and answer any questions.
- Should we have a regular schedule for certain types of events and if so how do we fill them?
