Scalr is Cloud Management software, available under the Apache license, that allows users to manage cloud resources such as block storage, instances, ip addresses, and more. Scalr also includes components for infrastructure automation, such as failover, automatic scaling, and configuration management. Scalr's goal is to make trivial sysadmin tasks easy (even automated), while making the complex tasks possible, such as those for infrastructure management & software configuration.
