Satori/NamingUnnamedThings

We're looking for a name to name the _things_ that do discovery.

We'd like to have the name be:

• unique and identifiable to satori so as not to be confused with other generic or openstack-used terms
• socially likable (ex. inquisitor or assessor don't pass!)
• descriptive: talks to what these things do - collect data
• applies to both control and data plane
