We're looking for a name to name the _things_ that do discovery.
We'd like to have the name be:
- unique and identifiable to satori so as not to be confused with other generic or openstack-used terms
- socially likable (ex. inquisitor or assessor don't pass!)
- descriptive: talks to what these things do - collect data
- applies to both control and data plane
