M Release Naming

According to the Release Naming Process, this page will contain a list of nominated names for the M release of OpenStack. We will accept nominations until 2015-06-07 23:59:59 UTC.

Proposed Names

• Machine [ma-tɕi-ne] (待根): Mount Machine http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Machine
• Manga (漫画 or マンガ): A Japanese pictorial story telling style https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manga
• Marise (まりせ): In Japanese, the name Marise means - Infinite; endless. As a Japanese, I've never heard of that word.
