PyPy support for openstack.
Why? so that client libraries particularly work for folk using pypy. Servers might get benefits for cpu bound workloads, not the current situation though.
How? We have jobs in infra running pypy. But no expertise. So when things break systematically we tend to put hands in the air like...
Volunteers: We asked for community volunteers to help us figure out whats broken (when things go systematically wonky with pypy jobs). We need two volunteers at any point to feel comfortable keeping pypy in CI (because redundancy, holidays etc). Current volunteers: Maciej Fijalkowski (fijall on IRC) and Romain Guillebert (rguillebert on IRC). Volunteers have committed to being available to be asked for help if/when pypy jobs are breaking systematically.
Keystone could be one service gaining something running under pypy, see comments here.
