B1 Systems provides OpenStack SUSE packages through the openSUSE Build Service at http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/isv:/B1-Systems:/OpenStack/. You can find newer packages (normally the latest succeeded builds) at http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/seife:/openstack/SLE_11_SP1/.
