Dates Overview

Nova roughly follows the general release schedule.

  • Apr 29-May 3: Open Infrastructure Summit
  • Jun 6: t-1 milestone
  • Jul 25: t-2 milestone, nova spec freeze
  • Sep 5: non-client library (oslo, os-vif, etc) release freeze
  • Sep 12: t-3 milestone, Feature Freeze, final python-novaclient release, requirements freeze, Soft String Freeze
  • Sep 26: RC1 and Hard StringFreeze
  • Oct 10: Last day for release candidates
  • Oct 17: Train release

  • TBD: spec review day
