Keeping Launchpad and Nova-specs in sync
Series goal -> Review
Once approved in nova-specs, and correct link is added, we accept the series goal. To see how we are doing, compare these two pages:

Milestone -> Approval
When setting the series goal, check if a milestone is chosen, and if there is code to prove it.
If we are happy the milestone is reasonable, then approve the blueprint, and set the priority.
We need to review if people have target a milestone, but not got a nova-spec submitted, use pages like this:
