Havana-3 (H3) General Info

• This is the last milestone to add features to Havana.
• The H3 release date is September 5th.
• Any code for blueprints must be proposed via Gerrit by end of the day on August 23rd. Any code proposed for non-bugs after the deadline will be deferred until Icehouse opens.
• Low/Medium bug fixes will be accepted until end of day Sept 1st.
• Critical/High bug fixes will be accepted until end of day Sept 3rd.
• As we get closer to Sept 3rd, we'll talk about the Release Candidate phase and the special rules that normally apply.

  • Get default quota through the API. Nova and Cinder support this feature and Horizon use it. https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1204956
  • per-tenant quota is becoming the default driver (under review): https://review.openstack.org/#/c/38678/
  • quota extension will be moved to core API? At the moment, not all plugins support it (OVS/LB/ML2/Hyper-V and Nicira/NEC supports it)
