- (ralonsoh) https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/2030741/: the current OVN schedulers are AZ aware but doesn't schedule the LRP among the present AZ. Morice will propose a patch to create two new derived OVN schedulers that will implement this logic. The question here is: the current OVN schedulers are already AZ aware. Should we implement two new ones or just implement the AZ distribution logic on them?
