Announcements / Reminders:

• Havana Feature Proposal Freeze is in effect.
• It is important that the proposers be responsive to reviews as code needs to be merged by the end of the day September 4th.
• Code for blueprints not accepted into Havana will receive a -2 until Icehouse opens. Icehouse will open around Sept 26th when RC1 is cut.

Networking in Horizon (amotoki)

• Havana RC1 FFE candidates
  • There was a dicsussion last week about FWaaS and VPNaaS Horizon support as FFE candidates. They will be granted as FFE. Thanks for your help!
  • FWaaS support
    • Close to merge. Becoming much better during the weekend through the work by KC and me.
  • VPNaaS support
    • The initial implementation has been merged. Congrats!
    • Small cleanup patch series from me are under review.

• plugin specific item
  • Adds router rules support to router details (BigSwitch plugin specific)
    • Sumit and Kevin requested Gabriel to consider FFE candidate. I haven't heard nothing so far.
    • The review was slow progress due to the less interest from reviewers and my limited review time shortage. I couldn't spend enough time on all horizon reviews related to neutron and need to prioritize them.
    • Also BP is not targeted to any milestone accidentally and slipped off from the radar of Horizon Havana release management.

• Quota Extension in Neutron --> Perhaps moved to Icehouse. Workaround has been merged for Havana (Limits are not displayed for Neutron resources)
  • Floating IP quota not coming from Quantum https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1109140
  • https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1204956
  • Get/Edit default quota through the API. Nova and Cinder support this feature and Horizon use it.
  • https://blueprints.launchpad.net/horizon/+spec/network-quotas : (begin fixed as bug fixes related to the above)
