The OpenStack Network Service Team holds public meetings in #openstack-meeting. Everyone is encouraged to attend.

Quantum
- Update on applying for core....
- Essex-4: feature-freeze target is today! Feb 21st.

- A lot of design discussions, especially with move from incubation to core.
