OpenStack Hypervisor Monitoring

The agent should monitor each created VM.

Numbered list item Install agent automatically on each created VM.
Numbered list item The agent retrieves some basic metrics (e.g. CPU, RAM...) from Nova(?) or KVM(?) or VMware vSphere or VMware ESXi.
