iSER (iSCSI over RDMA) Mellanox OpenStack support to Cinder

Instalation

In order to add iSER support to Cinder perform the following operations:

1. Update the two flags in "/etc/cinder/cinder.conf"

 transport = iser (by default will be iscsi)
 iser_ip_address = 192.168.20.140 (by default will be "iscsi_ip_address")

2. Replace the files under "cinder/volume":

3. Replace the file under "nova/virt/libvirt":
