Weekly Zuul meeting

The OpenStack Project Infrastructure Team holds public weekly meetings about Zuul and Nodepool development in #openstack-meeting-alt, Mondays at 2200 UTC. Everyone interested in Zuul, Nodepool, and related development is encouraged to attend.
