Weekly Trove Blueprint Meeting

For those interested, we have blueprint meetings in #openstack-trove weekly, Mondays at 18:00 UTC.
Feel free to add items in the agenda below if you want to bring a blueprint up for approval.
Please follow the BP template at https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/TroveBlueprint
Please submit RST specs as change requests to https://github.com/openstack/trove-specs

December 1st Onwards Meeting CANCELED

Since Trove is now using specs for BP approval -- BPs are approved offline using the gerrit code review process.
As such, a BP approval meeting is now no longer needed, so the BP meeting stands CANCELED.
Any BPs / specs that need active discussion (to resolve contention) should be brought to the Weekly Trove Meeting.
