Weekly State Management Team Meeting

Mission

To provide nova, heat, reddwarf and other openstack projects (in incubation or core) a more structured state management library, routines, and code patterns to incrementally move toward a programming model which hopefully can be easier to ['audit', 'automate', 'extend', 'resume', 'revert', 'review', 'schedule', 'understand', '...'].

 - Discuss any action items from last meeting.
 - Any open reviews/questions/discussion needed for for 0.2
 - Integration progress, help, furthering integration efforts.
 - Possibly discuss about worker capability discovery.
 - Discuss documentation: plans for improvements, sphinx vs wiki and what should go where (imelnikov)
 - See if anyone wants to be a volunteer for oslo security team (harlowja)
 - Discuss about any other potential new use-cases for said library.
 - Discuss about any other ideas, reviews needing help, questions and answers (and more!).
