Weekly Solum Team Meeting

If you're interested in Solum, we hold public meetings weekly in #openstack-meeting-alt on freenode, on Tuesdays at 16:00 UTC. Please feel free to add items to the agenda below with your name and we'll cover them.

Agenda for 2013-11-26 1600 UTC

  • Roll Call
  • Announcements
    • Working Groups
    • Breakout Design Meetings (Schedule TBD)
  • Review action items from prior meeting
    • aotto: Schedule breakout meetings for new working groups

    • Roshan Agrawal: Report number of attendees, companies represented, format, lessons learned, and next steps.
    • Solicit input from remote participants. Are there improvements we could make for next time?
    • How frequently should we schedule these events? In-Person? Virtual?
  • Discuss alignment with Icehouse timeline
  • Review Blueprints
    • Note for all:
      • Subscribe to each blueprint if you want email updates on them.
      • Ask for Assignee status if you can keep track of development on the feature and report on it weekly at our IRC meetings. You do not have to write the code yourself if you are the Assignee, only champion it.
      • v0.1 Milestone: https://launchpad.net/solum/+milestone/0.1
    • Ability to push code to the platform via Git
      • https://blueprints.launchpad.net/solum/+spec/git-integration (assignee-needed)
      • Seek Definition Approval. Are we ready to proceed, or is more discussion needed?
        • Note: Focus group will meet in breakout meetings, split this into multiple child blueprints, and design for each. Once all are created, this one will be withdrawn.
      • Who would like to be assigned as the coordinator for this BP and report weekly on it?
  • Open Discussion
