1. Establish schedule for weekly meeting

We currently have a bi-weekly meeting because of scheduling conflicts. Do we need a weekly meeting, how do we go about addressing the availability and time slots when meeting channels are available.

SWG Kick off Meeting

The first meeting of the SWG will be held on July 14th 2016 at 1800 UTC in #openstack-meeting-cp

1. Establish schedule for weekly meeting

We need to figure out when and where we will have our weekly meetings. A proposal for a weekly meeting is up for review. The time proposed therein is not convenient to all. Unless we can come up with a quick way to decide this at the meeting, it may be best to just setup a doodle poll and make a decision based on that poll, and schedule the next meeting.

2. Identify a list of short-term deliverables for the SWG

To get started, it may be worthwhile to establish a set of short-term deliverables for the group. I'd like this to be a somewhat free-form discussion where we can begin to coalesce some of the thoughts that we had on the last day of the training where some of us took away action items, and begin to fold those into this group.

3. Discuss any documents that are available for review

Some of us have started making notes on our reflections from the training in Ann Arbor. Some of these are now far enough along that they may be ready for the group to review. If you have such a document, let's put it forward now.

4. Updates on next leadership training for TC @ ZingTrain, possible ZingTrain presence at Barcelona Summit
