Weekly OpenStackClient Team Meeting

The OpenStackClient Team holds public weekly meetings in #openstack-meeting on Thursdays at 19:00 UTC.
Everyone who uses an OpenStack command-line interface is invited to attend.

- cliff repo ownership resolution
- Also add os-client-config repo
Release schedule
- Possibly early next week (09 Mar 2015)
- propose 1.1.0 as new --os-cloud support adds interesting new capability
Bug review
- Evaluate what can be completed before release and what should be deferred
