Weekly Nova team meeting

MEETING TIME: Thursdays 16:00 UTC (#openstack-meeting-3)

The Thursday 8:00 UTC slot is kept as a unofficial office hour on #openstack-nova for contributors who cannot attend on the official meeting slot.

This meeting is a weekly gathering of developers working on OpenStack Compute (Nova). We cover topics such as release planning and status, bugs, reviews, and other current topics worthy of real-time discussion.

- Gate on master is blocked. Patch to unblock it is on the gate #link https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/nova/+/765141
- Gate on stable/victoria is blocked. Fix is on the gate #link https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/nova/+/764432
- Gate on stable/victoria..stein is blocked due to lower-constraint job fails. Two ways to fix:
  - 1. constrain tox dependencies during tox install in lower-constraint job (to not to pull in latest pip via latest virtualenv)
  - 2. fix the contradicting lower-constraints to match (test-)requirements.txt
- Gate on stable/train..pike is blocked due to broken bandit release

- Please look at the gate failures, file a bug, and add an elastic-recheck signature in the opendev/elastic-recheck repo (example: #link https://review.opendev.org/#/c/759967)

- Wallaby Milestone 1 is today!
- A second spec review day was a success. We now have 11 blueprints approved to Wallaby. #link https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/wallaby
- Until Milestone 1 we finished 0 blueprint out of the 11 approved blueprints.
