Weekly Nova team meeting
MEETING TIME: Thursdays alternating 14:00 UTC (#openstack-meeting-alt) and 21:00 UTC (#openstack-meeting)
This meeting is a weekly gathering of developers working on OpenStack Compute (Nova). We cover topics such as release planning and status, bugs, reviews, and other current topics worthy of real-time discussion.

- Bug 1186354 is for the limits API(s) to proxy to Neutron for floating IPs and security groups. Bug 1263628 is for the quotas API(s) to proxy to Neutron for floating IPs and security groups. There is a skipped Tempest test that needs both to work if using Neutron. Both bugs have patches up, but in the limits case they proxy and in the quotas case they don't proxy (they hide the info if using Neutron). I think we should be consistent. The Nova V3 API doesn't proxy to Neutron but given V2 is going to be around awhile and Neutron is the assumed future for openstack networking, I'd think we'd want to proxy in at least these two sets of APIs (note that the limits API patch is done, has already had +2s before and +1s from the Neutron core team).
