*** Implementation: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/625216/ ( "libvirt: Support native TLS for migration and disks over NBD").  It already has a +2 (thanks, Gibi); and functional test evidence—FWIW, it is also independently functionally tested by a TripleO developer (thanks, Martin Schuppert).

*** Documentation patch: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/629627 ("docs: Secure live migration with QEMU-native TLS")

*** Mel and others have reviewed this before the Christmas/NY break, and said this would be accepted for Stein

** (melwitt): Spec or specless bp for this? https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/+spec/libvirt-disable-pmu-for-realtime-guests (sean-k-mooney)

*** I was thinking this needs a spec because it's proposing the addition of a new flavor extra spec. Thoughts?

*** This spec/bp is seeking approval before spec freeze at EOD.

** (melwitt): Specless bp approval wanted for https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/+spec/fix-reschedule-up-calls
