The Neutron QoS subteam is for members on the Neutron community who wish to create a vendor neutral quality of service API extension, that allows administrators and tenants to set policies for their network traffic.

Our meetings are held weekly on Tuesdays at 1800 UTC - in #openstack-meeting-alt
