  - SQLAlchemy patch. We'll be able to bump this library in upper-requirements (https://review.opendev.org/#/c/651591/).
  - L3 conntrack helper extension (https://review.opendev.org/#/c/650271/), needed by https://review.opendev.org/#/c/650270.
