For the Juno cycle we are concentrating on the critical task of repairing DB migrations.

Status of spec, https://review.openstack.org/95738
Design questions:

   * Healing: script or migration? (break the timeline or not?)
   * Agree to not support downgrade?
   * Status of WIPs & related bugs?
   * Removing auto-generation of db schema from models at startup: commit before or after healing?
   * Other?

Next steps? Planning of work items.
Testing plans: unit, functional, tempest, grenade, etc.
OK to move meeting to Mondays at 1300 UTC ?
