- As of 11/17, logstash shows only 18 "StaleDataError" messages in last 7 days, none from DVR - we've now gone 14 days without seeing any occurance of this.

Discuss a plan to address the gate failures

- Debug the gate in the current failure state (Identify owners who can own this)
